Congratulations to our Gas Grill winner, Tom Flaherty of Westfield.  We hope that Mr Flaherty and his family enjoy many BBQ’s on us.

Here it is the 12th of June and it still feels cool, and until these past few days very dry. The lawns have been under stress, pressure from disease, and drought have created some pretty sick looking lawns. Red Thread and Leaf Spot are rampant.  Hopefully the weather will change a bit and we’ll get some recovery from these problems. We are in the process of making our second application which for some of you includes grub proofing, remember this application should be watered in.

On April 22 we found Chinch Bugs on a large property in Enfield Ct. I hope this is not an indication of what is comming,
